Atmospheric Scintillation

Built on TrellisWare’s F-LDPC error correcting codes, the TW-6120 uses Hybrid-ARQ and fast rate adaption to optimize modem performance on a millisecond-by-millisecond basis. The TW-6120 dramatically reduces the effects of atmospheric scintillation on links up to 70 km.

Built for Harsh Conditions 

Designed to enable tactical FSO links, the TW-6120 is engineered to provide robust and reliable communications in real-world operation. Environmentally sealed electronics and an internal heat exchanger allow use across a full range of field conditions.

Designed for Interoperability

Compliant with the TALON architecture, the TW-6120 can be easily integrated with a variety of optical and system architectures.
